Better Pictures

I switched back to the fine setting on my camera so I got (what I consider to be) better pictures of the dwarf.

Hey Mike, its Ray Smith formerly of SAGWA now a HAWG! I was wondering a couple of things, first are these pics taken with a standard 35mm camera or a digital? Second what are you using for a background? It looks like some kind of mat board but I could be mistaken. Third you mentioned Reapercon in another post where is it held and when is it if you dont mind me askin? Good to see your work the dwarves are looking great hope I do as good a job with mine!

Ray, I use a Nikon CoolPix 995 digital. I picked it up about 5 years ago and I still get good service out of it. I use a small, portable photo studio like the one you see here:

The set comes with a blue and a grey background cloth. I like it because I can take it to tournaments with me and get some nice photos. Since it collapses fairly easily into a small package, it’s easy to carry and put in the car.

ReaperCon is held in Dallas, normally in May. I’ve been very pleased with what I have gotten out of it the last two years. The link to that part of the Reaper website is here:
